Asthma has become a major concern in the past 20 years. Just a couple of decades ago, you never saw an inhaler. Nowadays, it’s completely normal to see both adults and children carrying around their “puffers” wherever they go, in preparation of asthma attacks that can occur at any time.

- Consider taking vitamin C supplements which can help reduce symptoms.
